Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. has acquired Centillion Networks Private Limited, a leading engineering services provider to the telecommunications industry.

The transaction was led by Sundari R Pisupati (Co-founder & Co-Managing Partner), Raghav Agarwal (Associate Partner) with key support from Utkarsh Sharma (Associate), Anup Joseph (Associate) and Rasika Jhawar (Company Secretary).
The acquisition formed part of Osmose’s broader purchase of Centillion Solutions Inc., having offices across the U.S., Netherlands, U.K., Australia, and India. This strategic transaction marks a significant milestone in enhancing the capabilities available to Centillion’s customers while expanding Osmose’s ability to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end fibre engineering and geospatial solutions.
