Bhojraj Renewables Energy Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle of Tarbiya Construction and Infrastructure Private Limited, has been acquired by Purvah Green Power Private Limited, a subsidiary of CESC Limited.

The Precept-Law Offices advised and assisted Bhojraj Renewables Energy on the whole transaction acting as the lead transaction counsel including structuring of the transaction along with reviewing, negotiating, finalising and execution of all the transaction agreements and documents. The firm advised on various legal and regulatory requirements and also assisted in the due diligence of the vast land parcels required for setting up the project.

The transaction was led by Manish Singh (Partner), with support from Seraj Khan (Senior Associate) and Vivek Vashisth (Senior Associate).
