Touchstone Partners, Spice Route Legal act on Nova IVF's acquisition of Craft Fertility Centre

The acquisition of Craft Fertility Centre marks Nova IVF’s entry into the Kerala market.

Nova IVF Fertility, the fertility care vertical of Asia Healthcare Holdings, has acquired a majority stake in Kerala-based Craft Fertility Centre Private Limited, at a valuation of $40 million. 

Touchstone Partners advised Nova IVF on this transaction.

Nova IVF Fertility is one of the largest fertility service providers in India, offering advanced Assisted Reproductive Technology, on par with global standards.

The acquisition of Craft Fertility Centre marks Nova IVF’s entry into the Kerala market and forms part of its broader strategy to strengthen its presence across South India’s fast-growing IVF segment. Nova IVF plans to launch 10 new IVF centres across Kerala over the next few years.
