Trilegal has advised Adani Enterprises Limited and the lead managers on the listing of non-convertible debentures pursuant to public debt issue aggregating to an issue size of ₹1,000 crore by Adani Enterprises.

Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, Trust Investment Advisors Private Limited and Tipsons Consultancy Services Private Limited are serving as the lead managers.
