Edelweiss Infrastructure Yield Plus, an infrastructure fund managed by EAAA India Alternatives Limited, and SEPL Energy Private Limited have divested their entire stake in 12 solar project special purpose vehicles to Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust.
