Trilegal has advised Jefferies, the Placement Agent, in connection with the block trade of equity shares of Bharti Airtel Limited by Indian Continent Investment Limited.

The transaction raised approximately ₹11,200 crore ($1.34 billion) through the sale of equity shares.
