The Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) has raised ₹2005.9 crore from a qualified institutional placement of 121,466,562 equity shares.

Trilegal advised IREDA on this QIP.

Dentons Link Legal advised DBI Capital Markets & Securities Limited, BNP Paribas, Emkay Global Financial Services, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited and SBI Capital Markets Limited, the Book Running Lead Managers, on this QIP.
