Trilegal, JSA, Hogan Lovells act on Studds ₹455 crore IPO

This marks the first-ever IPO by a two-wheeler helmet consumer brand in India.

Studds Accessories Limited has made an initial public offering aggregating to ₹455.488 crore, which comprised an offer for sale of 7,786,120 Equity Shares by the Promoters and other existing shareholders.

Trilegal acted as the legal counsel to Studds and the selling shareholders on this IPO.

The transaction team was led by Abhinav Maker (Partner), with support from Ajo Jomy (Counsel), and Associates Debarpita Pande, Mrinal Kumar, Ipsita Sahoo and K Prashant Agrawal.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised the book running lead managers, IIFL Capital Services Limited and ICICI Securities Limited, on this IPO.

Studds Accessories is the largest two-wheeler helmet player in India in terms of revenue in Fiscal 2024 and also the world’s largest two-wheeler helmet player by volume in Calendar Year 2024.

This marks the first-ever IPO by a two-wheeler helmet consumer brand in India. The IPO was oversubscribed by 73.25 times.
