Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Limited has filed the draft red herring prospectus for an initial public offering aggregating up to ₹3,000 crore.

Trilegal is advising Emmvee on this IPO. The Firm is also advising the Promoter Selling Shareholders, namely, Manjunatha Donthi Venkatarathnaiah and Shubha Manjunatha Donthi offering upto ₹856.138 crore in the proposed IPO.

The transaction team was led by Vijay Parthasarathi (Partner), with support from Saurav Das (Senior Associate), and Associates - Shashwat Solanki, Animesh Tiwari, Hanna Robin Vettoor, and Esha Alex.

TT&A is advising Book Running Lead Managers - JM Financial Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited, Jefferies India Private Limited and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, on this IPO.
