Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Limited has filed the draft red herring prospectus for an initial public offering aggregating up to ₹3,000 crore.

Trilegal is advising Emmvee on this IPO.

TT&A is advising Book Running Lead Managers - JM Financial Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited, Jefferies India Private Limited and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, on this IPO.
