Triumvir Law has advised Landcraft Retail Private Limited, operator of Food Square, on its expansion into the quick commerce sector through a strategic partnership with Swiggy Instamart.

The transaction team consisted of Anubhab Sarkar (Managing Partner), Ajay Kumar (Partner), Gagan Narang (Partner), Ragini Chakraborty (Senior Associate), Sanyukta Agrawal (Senior Associate Designate).

This collaboration enables Food Square to make its premium range of gourmet and luxury food products, including artisanal, and specialty items, readily available on Instamart, thereby providing customers with convenient access to high-end products at their doorstep.
