Mechvision Innovations Private Limited (GaadiMech) has raised ₹1.5 crore from AJVC and Aviral Bhatnagar.

Triumvir Law advised GaadiMech on this fundraise. The Firm was involved throughout the transaction, including reviewing and finalising the transaction documents such as the Share Subscription Agreement, Shareholders’ Agreement, and Employment Agreements.
