TT&A assisted N2G Worldwide Insurance Services, LLC, on establishing its global capability center in India.

The firm provided end-to-end assistance in setting up the global capability center including entity incorporation, formalizing various intercompany agreements, and providing legal and regulatory advice in relation to the establishment of the center.

The transaction team consisted of Deepa Christopher (Partner), Sonakshi Verma (Senior Associate) and Dhruvi Shah (Associate).
