TT&A, Linklaters advise Montagu on majority stake acquisition in DQS

TT&A advised Montagu on acquisition of an Indian subsidiary of DQS.

Montagu Private Equity GmbH has acquired a majority stake in DQS Holding GmbH from a consortium of shareholders.

TT&A advised Montagu in relation to the indirect acquisition of the Indian subsidiary of DQS i.e. Deutsch Quality Systems (India) Private Limited.
