Vaish Associates Advocates represented Upfront Healthcare Services, Inc. in the Indian leg of its sale to Health Catalyst, Inc. The deal is valued at $ 86 Million with an additional earnout potential of $33.4 million.

The Firm played a pivotal role in executing a seamless transaction that fulfilled the deal’s overarching goals.

The transaction team consisted of Yatin Narang (Partner), Prerna Mayea (Associate) and Saksham Kumar (Associate).

This strategic acquisition, expected to close in the first quarter of 2025, aims to integrate Upfront's patient acquisition and scheduling expertise with Health Catalyst's existing patient engagement solutions, such as Twistle Patient Engagement and Lumeon Care Orchestration platforms. The combined capabilities are anticipated to enhance patient experiences by leveraging hyper-personalized interactions, thereby improving care transitions and closing care gaps. The transaction will be funded through a mix of cash and stock options.
