Reliance has acquired majority stake of 51% in homegrown designer label Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla (AJSK).

Veritas Legal represented AJSK on the deal.

The team was led by Partners Abhijit Joshi, Rahul Dwarkadas, Kunal Doshi, Natasha Sethna along with Senior Associate Anish Patel.

Reliance recently announced a 60:40 joint venture with Indian designer Rahul Mishra in January.

The investment in AJSK will add to Reliance's portfolio of similar designer brands and boost the reach and revenue of the brand.
