Teachmint Technologies has acquired Airlearn, an online live teaching and learning platform.

Vertices Partners advised Teachmint with a team led by Founder Partner, Archana Khosla Burman.

This is a cash + stock deal, with which Teachmint is strengthening its developer offering called Teachstack, enabling edtech companies across the globe to build state-of-the-art classroom solutions for their users. This comes at the heels of our latest acquisitions of course-selling platform Teachmore and Singapore-based Teachee’s India team.
