Vertices, CAM lead on Personal Care Startup mCaffeine 42 crore fund raise from Amicus Capital

mCaffeine, India’s first caffeine-infused Skin and Hair Care Brand, has raised $6 mn in a Series B funding round.

India’s new-age FMCG brand mCaffeine of Pep Technologies raised $6 million (approximately 42 crore) from its series B round of funding from Amicus Capital along with RP-SG Ventures and Telama Investments.

Vertices Partners represented mCaffeine with a team led by Associate Partner Vivek Jha along with Associate Manager Paul Albert and Associates Sushmita Ravi and Siddharth Malakar.

Managing Partner, Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs for the deal.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted for Amicus Capital and RP-SG Ventures Investment Trust with a team led by Partners Akshay Bhat and Harish S along with Associates Jacob George and Shruti Ashok.

The team from Zerick Dastur, Advocates & Solicitors, comprising Harini Subramani and Khushil Shah, assisted Amicus Capital with a segment of the due diligence in relation to the transaction.
