Finova Capital has raised US$ 65 million (approx. ₹493.4 crore) in Series D round of funding from Norwest Venture Partners, Maj Invest, and Faering Capital.
Vertices Partners advised Finova Capital and its Promoters on the deal.
The team was led by Founder and Managing Partner Vinayak Burman.
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised Norwest Venture Partners with a team led by Partners Puja Sondhi, Aayush Kapoor and Manita Doshi.
Faering Capital was advised by its in-house team.
L&L Partners represented Sequoia Capital with a team led by Partner Nitin Gera.
Norwest led the round with a $45 million investment.
The funds will be used to grow its loan book, invest in technology, expand geographically and further its vision of enabling financial inclusion at scale.
