VERTICES PARTNERS, Anoma Legal act on Truva Series A fundraise

The freshly raised funds will be deployed to fuel the startup’s expansion plans to newer cities Delhi NCR and Bengaluru.

Truva (Porch Technologies Private Limited) has raised $9 million from a Series A fundraise led by existing investor Stellaris Venture Partners and Orios Venture Partners, as well as several angel investors.

The fund was divided into $7.3 million raised via equity fundraise and remaining $1.7 million raised through debt from Stride Ventures.

VERTICES PARTNERS advised Truva on this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Vikrant Anand (Partner), along with a team that included Shagun Rathi Mittal (Senior Associate), Nishtha Khandelwal (Associate Manager), Manan Kapoor (Associate Manager), and Associates Ayushi Narayan and Tushar Patial.

Founder and Managing Partner, Vinayak Burman, provided strategic inputs.

Founded by a team of IIT and Stanford alumni, Truva is a Mumbai-based proptech platform that focuses on making the process of buying or selling a home easier by curating exclusive properties and offering services such as fast house selling with assured prices and market rent until the property is sold.

The freshly raised funds will be deployed to fuel the startup’s expansion plans to newer cities Delhi NCR and Bengaluru, and double down on its tech stack and product.
