Atlas Copco Group also acquired 100% shareholding of V.O.L Industries Limited.

Atlas Copco India Private Limited has made a 100% acquisition of Trident Pneumatics Private Limited. As a part of the transaction, Atlas Copco Group also acquired 100% shareholding of V.O.L Industries Limited, a Canadian entity.

VERTICES PARTNERS represented its client Atlas Copco on this acquisition deal.
