SUGAR Cosmetics [Vellvette Lifestyle Private Limited] has raised $4.5 million from a Series D fundraise from its existing investors Anicut Equity Continuum Fund, Elevation Capital VI Limited, A91 Emerging Fund I LLP, LCA Celestial Pte Ltd and Malabar India Fund Limited.
