PropertyPistol Realty Private Limited has raised an investment of approximately ₹44.9 crores from ICICI Bank and Baring Private Equity India AIF 2.

Vertices Partners was the counsel for ICICI Bank as well as the diligence counsel for ICICI and Baring Private Equity India AIF 2.

The transaction team consisted of Amit Manubarwala (Senior Partner), Vishal Mehta (Partner) and Anushree Pathak (Senior Associate).
