Vertices, Saakshya, Samvad act on MyShubhLife ₹100 crore funding round

Datasigns Technologies Pvt Ltd, which runs financial services platform MyShubhLife, has raised Rs 100 crore (around $13.17 million) in a Series B funding from Gojo & Company.

Vertices Partners advised Gojo & Company with a team led by Founder and Managing Partner Vinayak Burman.

Saakshya Law advised MyShubhLife and its promoters with a team led by Partner Siddharth Raja.

Samvad Partners advised existing investor, Pravega Ventures with a team led by Partner Anisha Shroff.

The fresh capital will be used to expand MyShubhLife's footprint with more corporate and large platform partnerships, invest in technology and boost its talent pool.

The capital will help MyShubhLife grow its NBFC book and increase disbursements through its co-lending partners.
