Aviom Housing Finance has raised approximately ₹246 crores from Nuveen, an American Investment Manager in a series C round.

Existing investor Gojo & Co and Capital 4 Development Asia Fund Cooperatief UA partly offloaded their holdings in Aviom.

Vertices Partners advised its long-standing client, Gojo & Company with a team led by Associate Partner, Vikrant Anand.

Founder & Managing Partner, Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs. 

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised Aviom India with a team led by Partners Amit Khansaheb and Pratyush Singh.
