DSA Legal has announced the onboarding of Abhinit Das as a Partner in its Disputes practice.
Das has nearly two decades of experience spanning commercial disputes, arbitration and white-collar crime matters, with a track record of handling high-stakes and sensitive proceedings involving significant commercial, regulatory and reputational considerations. His practice includes representing clients in complex disputes and contentious proceedings, as well as matters involving State Police authorities and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), including scam-related investigations and proceedings.
He has extensive experience in developing litigation strategies, representing clients before courts and investigative authorities, and handling matters requiring a nuanced understanding of commercial and regulatory considerations.
His experience further strengthens DSA Legal’s capabilities in commercial litigation, arbitration and white-collar disputes, particularly in matters involving complex factual, legal and strategic considerations.
Alongside Das, the firm has also onboarded Kedar R. Seludar as Senior Associate – Litigation & Arbitration, Utkarsh Lohra and Dorothy Baruah as Associates – TSR & Due Diligence, and Vanshika Chugh as Associate – Arbitration & IPR.
In addition, DSA Legal has onboarded 15 associates across its 10 offices, bringing the firm’s total team strength to 122 and further strengthening its capabilities across dispute resolution, transactional support, due diligence, intellectual property, and other practice areas.
