LKS Partner Sudish Sharma has quit to join AZB & Partners as a Partner in Corporate/M&A practice at the firm's Delhi office.

Sharma has more than two decades of experience in M&A, joint ventures, general corporate and commercial. He has advised various multinational corporations and Indian clients regarding complex and significant M&A transactions across different industries.

Prior to joining AZB & Partners, Sharma held the position of Executive Partner at Lakshmi Kumaran and Sridharan for 10 years.
