Luthra and Luthra reorganises its governance model; announces new Management Committee

The Management Committee which will take all decisions related to the firm's direction, strategy and management.

The Equity Partners of Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India have reorganised the firm's governance model.

Managing Partner Harry Chawla has announced the constitution of a new Management Committee, which will take all decisions related to the firm's direction, strategy and management.

The Management Committee replaces the existing Executive Committee and Advisory Committee.

Along with Chawla and Advait Luthra, the following Partners will be part of the firm's first Management Committee:

Harish Kumar

Karan Mitroo

Nishant Singh

Sanjeev Kumar

Girish Rawat

The members of the Management Committee shall have a tenure of two years each.
