Kirkland & Ellis has elevated Pratik Ranjan Das to Partnership at the firm.

Das is a 2017 alumnus of West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences. He earned his LLM from Columbia Law School in 2020.

Das joined Kirkland & Ellis' Capital Markets team in New York in 2020, where he works on equity offerings including IPOs, SPAC listings, common stock offerings and block trades, high-yield and investment-grade bond offerings, as well as liability management transactions.

He is a dual-qualified lawyer (India and New York) with expertise in capital markets and securities law, FinTech law and policy, financial regulation and corporate finance.
