Vir Inderpal Singh Sandhu has joined DLF Limited as the Vice President Legal and will be based out of DLF Limited’s Connaught Place office.
Sandhu is a 2004 graduate of the Guru Nanak Dev University. He holds an LLM in Business Law from the University of Kurukshetra in 2006.
His expertise lies in Dispute Resolution and holds extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency matters, white-collar crimes and various other corporate disputes.
Sandhu has handled cases for international and national clients including high-net individuals and corporate houses such as Jack Dorsey (Former Founder & CEO Twitter), Ratan Tata (Chairman Emeritus Tata Sons), M.J. Akbar (Former Cabinet Minister), Prakash Singh Badal (Ex-CM of Punjab), Gautam Thapar (Indian Businessman), Anil Ambani, Bikram jeet Singh Majithia (Ex- finance minister of Punjab), 2G Spectrum Scam, M/s Tata Sons, and Adani Group, Raheja Developers Ltd, Birla Group, among others, during his stint at Karanjawala & Co.
Prior to joining DLF Limited, Sandhu had held the position of Principal Associate at Karanjawala & Co.
