Khaitan & Co advises TVS Group on consolidation of financial services entities

The amalgamation aims to simplify TVS Group’s corporate structure.

Home Credit India Finance Private Limited, TVS Housing Finance Private Limited, STPL Trading and Services Private Limited, and TVS Credit Services Limited have executed a Composite Scheme of Amalgamation amongst themselves and their respective shareholders, for consolidation of their financial services businesses.

The Composite Scheem of Amalgamation was executed under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

Khaitan & Co advised Home Credit India Finance, TVS Housing Finance, STPL Trading and Services, and TVS Credit Services on this consolidation.
