Marathon Nextgen Realty Limited has entered into a Scheme of amalgamation with its wholly owned subsidiary Marathon Nextgen Townships Private Limited.

Rajani Associates has acted for and advised Marathon Nextgen Realty on this amalgamation. The firm's scope of work included drafting the Scheme of Amalgamation, filing applications/ petitions, and appearances before the NCLT and NCLAT for approval.

The transaction team consisted of Ashish Parwani (Partner) and Gitika Makhija (Senior Associate).
