Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advises ChrysCapital on minority stake acquisition in Linux Laboratories

The transaction involved a secondary acquisition of shares from existing shareholders as well as a primary subscription.

ChrysCapital Group has acquied a minority stake in Linux Laboratories Private Limited, a Chennai-based pharmaceutical company.

The transaction comprises a secondary acquisition of shares from the Promoters and Tata Capital Healthcare Fund II and, a primary subscription to shares proposed to be issued by the Target Company.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised ChrysCapital Group on all legal aspects of the investment.

The transaction was led by Karun Prakash (Partner) and Sangamitra Sankaraiah (Partner), with support from Simran Khullar (Senior Associate), Amrusha Monga (Senior Associate) and Aradhana Parmeshwar (Associate).
