Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advises Groyyo on Series B fundraise

The investment will enable Groyyo to expand its network.

Groyyo Private Limited has raised funds from a Series B fundraise led by Cornerstone Ventures Enterprise Tech Fund II, with participation by certain existing investors including Alpha Wave. The first tranche of the fundraise was valued at approximately ₹90 crore.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Groyy and its founders on this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Navruz Vakil (Partner), with Alena Nari Advani (Consultant), Daksh Hemnani (Senior Associate) and Vidhi Shah (Associate).

The investment will enable Groyyo to expand its network of 470+ manufacturers, deepen its AI-powered design and trend-forecasting capabilities, and accelerate its presence across North America, Europe and the Middle East.
