Medanta's chain of hospitals, Global Health Limited, has gone public with an initial public offering (IPO) of freshly issued equity shares.

The initial sale, which opens on November 3, will consist of a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating to ₹500 crore and an offer for sale of up to 5.08 crore equity shares by the company's existing shareholders and promoters.

AZB & Partners, Noida and Mumbai acted as legal advisors to the Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs) of Medanta on Indian law aspects.
