ATS Infrastructure Ltd is looking to hire Executive / Senior Executive - Legal in Noida.

Number of Positions: 3 (three)

PQE: 2+ Years

Location: Sector 135, Noida

Qualification: LLB

Job Description

As legal personnel, the incumbent will work along with the cross-functional teams to draft and review various legal documents and agreements while maintaining a strong commitment to legal excellence and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities and requirements

  • Drafting and reviewing of legal documents;

  • Must have handled litigation, including before DRT, NCLT/NCLAT;

  • Basic Knowledge of SARFAESI laws, IBC, Arbitration and Conciliation Act including the procedural aspects;

  • Knowledge of legal compliance requirements;

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams;

  • Coordination with internal departments and external counsel, attending hearings, preparation of case notes.

Key competencies

  • Ability to handle complex legal documents and apply general legal concepts in day-to-day interpretation;

  • Excellent drafting skills;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • Experience in real-estate industry is preferable.

Remuneration: ₹4.0 - ₹6.0 lakhs per annum.
