The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing Bar and Bench’s social media presence across various platforms, primarily Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You will play a crucial role in creating engaging content, building a strong online community, and driving audience growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with Bar and Bench’s overall marketing goals.
Create engaging captions, hashtags, and calls to action for social media posts.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely delivery of graphics and visuals.
Monitor social media platforms for trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Stay up-to-date with the best practices in our industry.
Required Skills:
- Understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with a team remotely.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the legal or media industry.
- Proficiency in social media management tools.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 6 months of experience in social media management.
