Centre for Civil Society is looking to hire Empanel a Law Firm / Advocate for litigation related to street vendors in Delhi.
No. of Positions: One (1)
PQE: 2-3 years of litigation experience in High Courts
Location: Delhi
Requirements
The firm/advocate will be required to undertake litigation for the chosen beneficiaries before the appropriate forum.
Please mention the number and nature of cases assisted/handled, number of and types of forums, parties represented and the advocates' CVs.
At least 2-3 years of work experience in High Courts with intensive law-related work, including litigation is desirable.
Job Description
The firm will be required to undertake litigation, draft complaints, petitions, represent CCS or chosen beneficiaries before appropriate forums.
Remuneration
CCS will share the fee schedule with the selected firms
