The Chamber of a retired Chief Justice of a High Court is looking to hire Advocates for Arbitration in Delhi.
Positions: 2 (Two)
PQE: 3-5 Years
Qualification: LL.B. (LL.M. in Arbitration preferred)
Location: New Delhi
Job Description
We are seeking motivated advocates with a strong background in arbitration to join our chamber.
The ideal candidate should possess:
Extensive hands-on experience in arbitration proceedings, legal research and good drafting skills.
Proficiency in English with good communication and computer skills.
Good knowledge of arbitration law, contract law and construction law. (Understanding of corporate law/ commercial disputes also would be a plus).
Experience in original side practice (preferred).
Preference to candidates with good arbitration experience and publications.
Note: This is a full-time office role.
Remuneration: In line with industry standards and commensurate with the experience and merit of the candidate.
