Chambers of Advocate Dhruv Gupta is looking to hire Associates in Delhi.

No. of Positions: 2 (Two)

PQE: 2 to 4 years

Location: New Delhi

Qualification: Must be enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council

Practice Area: Litigation and dispute resolution involving corporate, civil and criminal laws.

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting thorough legal research and preparing briefing notes on assigned matters.

  2. Drafting pleadings, notices, and agreements.

  3. Appearing and pleading in proceedings before the Supreme Court, High Court, PMLA, NCLAT, NCLT and various other tribunals and forums.

  4. Transactional work involving corporate advisory, agreement vetting etc.

  5. Preparing case notes and written submissions for hearings.

  6. Supervising filing procedures and managing administrative tasks.

  7. Working closely with colleagues to ensure efficient case handling and successful litigation strategies.

Requirements

Applicants for this position are required to submit two writing samples as part of their application.

These samples should be either court pleadings or research papers that the candidate has personally drafted.

Please note: applications that do not include the required writing samples will not be considered.

Remuneration: Higher than the prevalent industry standards.
