Job Description
The firm is looking for dedicated advocates, preferably with prior experience in Commercial and Civil litigation, banking laws such as Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, SARFAESI Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, Criminal matters etc.
Drafting work majorly SLP/Appeals/Petitions/applications/reply/rejoinder, etc., and appearances before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts, NCLAT, NCLT, NCDRC, and arbitrations.
Remuneration: Will depend on experience/merit of the selected candidate and in line with industry standards, with fixed and variable components, both.
