Job Description
Assistance in handling litigation under direct tax laws before High Court and Supreme Court.
Drafting appeals and writ petitions relating to direct taxes before high courts and SLPs and other pleadings before the Supreme Court.
Assistance in hearing/representation before courts and tribunals.
Legal research relating to issues under direct tax laws.
Drafting opinion on queries related to issues arising under direct tax laws.
Remuneration: As per market standard.
