Job Description

The work would involve extensive drafting and court appearances.

The candidate is reasonably expected to be well-versed and fairly conversant in the art of drafting of pleadings, applying their mind on the controversy of facts and question of law involved in the matters. 

The associates will primarily be practicing before the Supreme Court of India, High Court and District & Sessions Courts of Delhi & Tribunals having jurisdiction over the territory of Delhi-NCR.

The firm encourages young professionals to appear before courts, including High Court, and argue matters, provided that one exhibits requisite skills, passion and has exhaustive preparation in place.
