Job Description

• The work would involve extensive drafting and court appearances.

• The candidate is reasonably expected to be well-versed and fairly conversant in the art of drafting pleadings, applying their mind on the controversy of facts and question of law involved in the matters.  

• We encourage young professionals to appear before courts, including High Court, and argue matters - provided that one exhibits requisite skills, passion and has exhaustive preparation in place. 

• Candidates with prior experience in Criminal (especially White Collar criminal) law and Insolvency & Bankruptcy law practice will be preferred.
