Job Description
- Opportunity to work on diverse legal matters, gain hands-on experience, and develop expertise in Company Law, contract drafting and Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice before NCLT and NCLAT.
- The ideal candidate must have experience in Corporate Law and NCLT Practice, should have strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills, along with excellent communication and advocacy skills.
Requirements
- Must have experience in Legal Drafting
- Must have experience in Contract Review
- Must have experience in NCLT and NCLAT Proceedings, filings.
- Sound Knowledge of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
Remuneration: Up to ₹3,00,000 - ₹4,00,000 lakhs per annum.
