The firm is looking for an experienced legal professional with 6–8 years of experience in general corporate and commercial matters to join our team in Bengaluru.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in general corporate,commercial advisory, and transactional work. 

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Experience in contract structuring, transaction support, and regulatory advisory.

• Ability to independently handle matters while managing client interactions.

• Prior law firm experience preferred. 

Remuneration: As per industry standards.
