Job Description
Sharp and strong drafting, vetting, and negotiating skills with various stakeholders in transactions related to Project finance & Real Estate.
Ability to handle transactions independently in a time bound manner which inter alia includes documentation, compliance, negotiations, and execution.
Conducting corporate due diligence, project diligence and land due diligence with sound understanding of the corporate laws, land laws and power sector regulatory framework Well versed with Companies Act, Transfer of Property Act, Stamp Duty, Registration Act, FEMA, and related laws and good research skills.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of various security structures like, mortgage, hypothecation, pledge, and assignment etc. Consciousness towards timelines for turn around and adherence accordingly.
