Eminent Jurists is looking to hire an Associate and a Senior Associate in Delhi.
Eminent Jurist is a growing boutique law firm based in Delhi with more than 13 years of experience in legal services. The firm specializes in indirect taxation, insolvency and bankruptcy, corporate and civil matters.
Positions: 1 (One)
PQE: 2-3 Years
Qualification: Bachelors in Law
Skills
Excellent writing and speaking skills in English and the ability to present and discuss information, including on legal issues and transactions clearly and concisely.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple assignments, and prioritize simultaneously.
Adept in the interpretation of various laws and statues (specifically in indirect taxation).
Experience in drafting.
Adept at reviewing work allocated and submitted by interns.
Candidates must have excellent writing and communication skills with knowledge of MS Word and Excel, coupled with teamwork capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Draft with minimal supervision.
Apply legal principles and draw on experience to formulate and suggest action towards solving problems faced by the client.
Perform legal research to resolve legal issues and determine the appropriate course of action regarding a particular case.
Assist and brief partners in the allocated matters
Handle day-to-day client deliverables independently, whenever possible.
Perform other duties as and when assigned or required.
Candidates should be willing to have rotational charge of all firm matters before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts, Customs and other tribunals, along with other team members.
Exclusive and full-time engagement with the firm.

PQE: 4-5 Years
Qualification: Bachelors in Law/ LLM in Corporate law

Scope of Work
Candidate shall be expected to be lead the corporate team and supervise the execution of work by Associates.
Candidate shall be mentored and provided adequate work exposure for professional growth.
Candidates shall be having rotational charge of all firm matters before Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts, NCLT, NCLAT.
