Job Description
Major Area of practice – Civil and Commercial litigation, IBC, Arbitration.
Scope of work - Drafting of Suits / Claims / Writs / Petitions / Applications / Appeals / SLP / Reply /Rejoinder, etc., and research on propositions of law and appearances before Courts.
Courts - Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, Arbitral Tribunal.
Requirements
Good drafting and research skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Should be an avid learner and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Exclusive and full-time engagement with the firm.
Remuneration: As per experience and merit of the candidate.
