GLA Law Offices (Gaurav Barathi, Advocate) is hiring for the posts of Senior Litigation Associate and IP Associate in Delhi.

Number of Positions: 2 - 3 (Two - Three)

PQE: 5-7 Years

Location: Lajpat Nagar-1, New Delhi

Qualification: LLB

GLA Law Offices has the following vacancies:

1. Senior Litigation Associates - Candidates with 5-7 years of experience in civil, criminal, commercial, IPR, consumer matters in the Delhi High Court, district courts, and tribunals may apply.

2. Associate in for IPR / trademark prosecution, opposition, attending hearings, and other IP work, including designs, and copyright filing.

Job Description and Requirements

  • The candidate should be well versed with drafting of suits, writs, appeals, revisions, complaints, and appearing before the Delhi High Court, district courts and tribunals like consumer forums, NCDRC etc.

  • The candidate should be proficient in English language.

  • The candidate should have full knowledge of the procedure and working of the courts, tribunals and consumer forums in Delhi and should be able to take up/ handle matters individually.

  • The candidate should be excellent in drafting and arguing before the courts independently.

Remuneration: As per experience and industry practice. Would be assessed during interview.
