PQE: Senior Position - 20-25 years; Junior Position - 0-5 years
Location: Delhi
Qualification: Law degree from an accredited premier law college in India
Senior Position/Litigation Head
Law degree from an accredited premier law college in India.
20-25 years experience in handling litigation across all courts/forums.
Strong knowledge of civil/criminal legal principles and procedure along with proficiency in court craft, legal research as well as drafting.
Great command over English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead a team of seasoned legal professionals and to provide able guidance and mentorship.
Strong administrative and management abilities along with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Junior Position/Associates
Law degree from an accredited premier law college in India.
Excellent academic record and in depth knowledge of basic laws.
Post-qualification experience of 0-5 years.
Great command over English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong research, analytical and legal writing skills.
Remuneration: Based on candidate’s profile, qualification and experience (open to negotiation).
